The obvious #1 is kind of a downer so I won't go there...I'll go with something on a lighter note.
I really hope to never ever have to live far from family. Once you live near family and are settled in life, moving away would be extremely difficult. I love having my family less than 10 minutes from me. I love having spontaneous dinner get-togethers. I love having them see first-hand my son grow up. I love having them know my husband so well. I love opening up my home to them for celebrations. Life is so much sweeter when you have loved ones closeby to share it with.
I agree. It's nice living close to family, especially when you have a child.
